Consultancy: Effective Project Management

In the Summer of 2024, we implemented a new digital project management system across our business with AI powered capability. This allowed us to centralise project workflows and collaboration, as well as create systems that captured and recorded all stages of our consultancy activity.

With bespoke dashboards increasing visibility and reporting, custom AI insights and permission-based access, we now enable stakeholders to improve consultancy outcomes.

We are delighted to have concluded our largest project to date using this new system, consisting of 35 separate site locations, over a dozen stakeholders and nearly 300 recommendations. We knew from the project scoping phase that we would produce vast amounts of data and recommendations. We also knew that each site would require local context, information and documentation to be readily accessible when viewing tasks, stakeholder and local activity.
