Our Approach
We help organisations get value for money from their security spend.
Our services are built around a structured methodology that exercises, analyses, assures and optimises security operations. Whilst these disciplines work effectively together, each service is flexible by design and can be delivered as a standalone engagement or combined as part of a wider programme of work, depending on your requirements.
We analyse consists of three individually available services below:

Security Value Assessment
Post-snapshot independent assessment of security value for your organisation.
Site Threat Analysis
Expert and independent analysis of hostile site threat, capability and mindset.
Service Value Analysis
Independent analysis of outsourced service performance, effectiveness and value.
Security Value Analysis
Independent analysis of insourced security performance, effectiveness and value.
Security Operations Review
Independent review of security operations, performance, governance and spend.
How can these services work together?
Many organisations benefit from a combination of Site Threat Analysis (STA), Security Operations Review (SOR) and Service Value Analysis (SVA) because together they answer three fundamental questions:
-
What threats are we facing and how likely are they?
-
Is our security operation designed and managed effectively to address those threats?
-
Are we receiving appropriate value from our security investment?
Site Threat Analysis (STA) provides expert and independent analysis of hostile site threat, capability and mindset. It helps organisations understand the nature of the threats they face, how those threats may materialise, and the level of risk they present. As a result, STA often provides the evidence base that informs both a Security Operations Review and Service Value Analysis.
Building on this understanding, a Security Operations Review (SOR) provides a comprehensive assessment of security operations, governance, risk, performance and expenditure, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen resilience and optimise resources against the threats identified.
Service Value Analysis (SVA) complements this by focusing specifically on the value delivered by security services, helping organisations determine whether current service levels, costs and outcomes are proportionate to risk and aligned with organisational objectives.
Together, these services provide independent insight that enables informed decision-making, supports value-for-money objectives, and helps organisations ensure that security resources are aligned to genuine threat, operational requirements and business priorities.
