Consultancy: Service Value Analysis

SVA (Service Value Analysis) is a new two-part solution we have developed for service providers and buyers of security services who want to independently understand security service value.

It can be utilised by service providers to independently assess and demonstrate current service value, or by buyers who want or need to understand the current service value. SVA is not an operational audit or security review, it is a tool to analyse security service value.

We use intelligent and efficient in-house methodology, developed from our existing and detailed SOR framework, to processes current service performance and data quickly, receive operational inputs and context, before producing a bespoke SVA outcome.

The SVA outcome will summarise analysis, identifying areas for greater focus or improvement and any available quick wins. Our report is clear, concise and actionable.
